Every RJ Bonus Consulting assessment is priced the same fair way: a flat base fee that includes a first block of square footage, then a modest per-square-foot rate on the area above it. The base fee is always the minimum — you know your price before we start, and it never grows by the hour.

Retail — Store Security & Loss Prevention Assessment

• Base: $795 — includes the first 3,000 sq ft
• 3,000–15,000 sq ft: $0.08 per sq ft
• Beyond 15,000 sq ft: $0.05 per sq ft

What it looks like: a 2,500 sq ft boutique pays $795 · an 8,000 sq ft store pays $1,195 · a 25,000 sq ft big-box pays $2,255.

Multi-store programs: 10% off at 3+ stores, 15% off at 5+ stores.

Corporate — Office / Facility Security Assessment

• Base: $1,250 — includes the first 5,000 sq ft
• 5,000–25,000 sq ft: $0.07 per sq ft
• Beyond 25,000 sq ft: $0.045 per sq ft

What it looks like: a 4,000 sq ft office pays $1,250 · a 15,000 sq ft office pays $1,950 · a 60,000 sq ft headquarters pays $4,225.

Executive / board-format report upgrade: +$295.

Industrial / Warehouse — Site Security & Inventory-Control Assessment

• Base: $1,495 — includes the first 10,000 sq ft
• 10,000–50,000 sq ft: $0.05 per sq ft
• Beyond 50,000 sq ft: $0.03 per sq ft

What it looks like: an 8,000 sq ft warehouse pays $1,495 · a 40,000 sq ft warehouse pays $2,995.

Residential — Home Security Assessment

• Base: $695 — homes up to 4,000 sq ft on up to 1 acre
• Main home above 4,000 sq ft: $0.10 per sq ft
• Land beyond 1 acre: $100 per acre

Additional structures — priced fairly, by their real size: a detached garage, guest house, barn, or annex can be larger than the main house, so we never price one as a minor add-on sight unseen. Each additional structure is $150, covering up to 4,000 sq ft for that structure, plus $0.10 per sq ft on any area above 4,000 sq ft. Every structure’s actual square footage is recorded.

What it looks like: a 2,200 sq ft home pays $695 · a 5,500 sq ft home pays $845 · a 2,200 sq ft home with a 6,500 sq ft barn pays $1,095.

Remote / Report-Only Assessments

No site visit — send photos, a video walk-through, floor plans, or camera layouts and receive a written review.

• Residential remote review: $395
• Retail remote review: from $495
• Corporate remote review: from $795

Add-Ons

• Nighttime lighting evaluation (return visit after dark): $195
• Rush report (48 hours): $150
• Travel outside Middlesex County: $50 for properties up to 25 miles outside the county · $100 for properties 26–50 miles outside the county · over 50 miles: quoted in writing
• Re-inspection within 12 months (verify fixes): 40% of the original fee
• Follow-on advisory beyond the included follow-up call: $150/hour

Properties over 50,000 sq ft, multi-site programs, and unusual properties: your written quote is calculated with this same published formula and confirmed in writing before any work begins — no surprises.
